Immunization Records Screening Clinic

This clinic is for families that have received letters regarding incomplete immunization records from Peel Public Health. It will help those with limited access to a family physician to get caught up on immunizations and related record-keeping.
The clinic will take place at T.L, Kennedy Secondary School. Please review the attached notices for details.
